Gold prices are coming down world wide


Globally too the prices have hit low

Thirumanthiram - 770(790)

770. வெள்ளிவெண் திங்கள் விளங்கும் புதனிடம்
ஒள்ளிய மந்தன் இரவிசெவ் வாய்வலம்
வள்ளிய பொன்னே வளரும் பிறையிடந்
தெள்ளிய தேய்பிறை தான்வல மாமே.

(ப. இ.) உயிர்ப்பின் ஓட்டத்தைச் சரமென்பர். அது, வெள்ளி திங்கள் புதன்கிழமைகளில் இடமூக்கின் வழியாகச் செல்லுதல்வேண்டும். சனி ஞாயிறு செவ்வாய்க்கிழமைகளில் வலமூக்கின்வழியாக ஓடுதல் வேண்டும். வியாழக்கிழமைக்கு வளர்பிறையில் இடமூக்கும் தேய் பிறையில் வலமூக்குமாக ஓடுதல் வேண்டும்.

Naturally on Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays the breathing takes place through right nostril and on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays breathing takes place through left nostril. On Thursdays, if the moon is traveling from full moon to new moon the breathing takes place through right nostril and if the moons travel is from new moon to full moon the breathing takes place through left nostril

After knowing about this Thirumanthiram verses I have been checking myself and to my surprise the nostrils through which at least I breath, I am able to see the truth in the verses. The point one has to note here is that the verses only mentions the appropriate way the human body will breath. So do not force yourself to stick to the verses, if the breathing is not as mentioned in the above verses. I have obsorvered that consuming any negative pranic food might reverse the breathing pattern. This might result in ailments if the reversal continues.

To achieve the above pattern of breathing as mentioned in the verses, my experience is, continuous ( daily) adherence to pranayama / Sambhavi.

If you already have the above patern of breathing, maintain the same for longitivity through regular practise of yoga, pranayama, meditation, conscious living by consuming positive pranic foods.

Some of the negative pranic foods are : Onion, Garlic, Brinjal(egg plant) - to be avoided and used only as medicine if required.

Some of the positive pranic foods are : Ash gourd and Pumpkin type of veggies - these enhance life force in ones body.

Avoid non-veg 100%.
