While my first foreign country visit was Singapore ( On my way to Chiang Mai - Thailand, to participate in the SAP user conclave 14th Oct 1995 to 21st Oct 1995 ), this was my first visit to Singapore with Kala & Shalini. For all practical purpose I would still call this one week 5th Jan to 12th Jan 2008 visit as the first Singapore visit as this visit was not official and was purely to see Sigapore.

The highlight of the trip was the well connected Tube Train across Sigapore. Shalini learnt how to use the Tube Train optimally for us to go around Singapore during the week long stay. Our hotel, where we stayed was in a walk able distance from a tube station.
